Full Time PARTS MANAGER

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Managing the day to day operations of the parts department, recognizing what is in the best interest of the department and store; making decisions accordingly.
• Optimizing parts department processes that align with customer and employee satisfactions
• Effectively engaging all parts department personnel while working as a team with dealership support managers to achieve performance expectations.
• Able to work independently and aggressively
• Ensuring the parts department has increased sales, profitability and market share while maintaining a safe and clean work environment Is able to 'think outside the box'

WE'LL GIVE PREFERENCE TO INDIVIDUALS WITH:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills that is highly organized.
• Good decision making and time management skills.
• Experience in equipment dealership parts operations; preference will be given to applicants with AGCO/Massey Ferguson experience.
